I once attended a leadership workshop, the speaker for the
day taught us what is the leader and how should it relate with the followers. Leadership
have a skill, we can all be leaders but it is different how we lead. I believe
in the leadership that makes your followers to be part of the vision that you
have, engage them in things you want to see in that certain place.
I have experienced that followers will never ask the leaders
if they need help or anything but until you make them feel part of the group
that is when they will realise that I am one of this group.
I love working as a team but we can be a team and have one
goal; it becomes difficult when we not united in the team to reach the goal. I believe
that leadership should not be about the one individual but about all of the
team.

Working with love and understanding in the team is the best
thing that a leader can desire to have.
Leadership is a skill and it depends on the understanding
and knowledge about leaders.
